check-out day. This has proven to suit most vacation renters
very well.
To return more properties, select the 'Flexible' option, or use
the pop-out calendar on the right of the dates to select a

search criteria by selecting the type of property you

that's right for you, narrow your critera by choosing the

You can determine the availability of properties for events in
the same way as you would for any normal period. Just click
on 'Live Availability' when looking at a property. If the dates
for the event are free, then you can reserve it instantly online.× |

These rental price 'spikes' are generally because of
events
being held nearby to the property. Property owners
generally
increase the price of their property for these events in
line
with basic supply and demand. You can see what events are
being held in the various areas by visiting the 'Life'
